Site Usage Restrictions Currently all of the members content ( pictures / videos ) are downloadable ( as in you can download them to your computer and look/watch them whenever you want, for as long as you want ). No DRM content is used or planned at this time. Site Grabbers, mirroring programs, and the like are not allowed to be used on any chessiemoore or chessimoorexxx domain. The intent of the site if for the "real time" entertainment of Adults. It is not intended to allow a person with a high speed connection, a site grabbing program, and a whole lot of hard drive space to grab the entire site. Members may, for their own personal use, download any content from the site and save it for later viewing. But the use of automation may ( and does if few people are "grabbing" at the same time ) diminish the timely delivery of my content to the member that is viewing the site as intended. Members found to be using such means to "site grab" WILL be cancelled, they will not be refunded, they WILL be billed for bandwidth used above what a "normal user" would use for the time their membership was active. They will also be charged for loss of reveneue and distruption of normal site operation if their "site grabbing" is to an extent that it causes a degradation in our ability to process new members or causes current members to experience no or slow access to the site. Why doesn't my username and password work? If you have previously been able to log into the site and can no longer do so, the problem may be either: You have to enter the username and password in all lower case letters. The server won't take Uppercase letter even though you may have used upper and lower case letters when you created your login. Your login and password has been disabled. This can happen because either your membership has expired, or a rebill attempt failed. The credit card companies have many reasons for not allowing a recurring billing, including change of address, lack of credit or instructions from the cardholder. The login and password may have been disabled because the username and login was found to have been traded and multiple users logged in under the same password. DO NOT SHARE YOUR PASSWORDS! How do I cancel my subscription? We are not offering reoccurring billing at this time. So there is no need to cancel, your only charged for one month at a time.
